the reception staff were quite friendly and helpful during check-in, a welcome start to my stay.
My room, a double room, felt cramped. I barely had space to open my suitcase fully. the cleanliness was also subpar. I noticed some stains on the curtains in the bathroom, off-putting. perhaps i expected too much..

Romantic Getaway

convenient locationnice showergood buffetsmall room
The hotel's location proved very convenient for exploring local areas and using public transport stations. I found the bathroom and shower to be quite nice. Breakfast was a good buffet with different options each day, offering a lovely start to our mornings.
The room was quite small and the bed was hard against the wall, a little difficult to manage. All TV channels were only in Japanese. I was hoping to find at least one or two English channels available.
Dining

Adequate hotel with a central location

central locationshopping areahelpful staffsmall roomhard pillowbad mattress
The hotel has a fantastic location. It is near the Shinjuku shopping area. Many eateries are also nearby. The staff helped arrange my airport transfer (I really needed that). There is a Lawson store adjacent to the hotel.
The room was small. The bed was also small for two adults. One side of the bed was against the wall. The pillows were hard and uncomfortable. The mattress was not good and sank in the middle (which affected my sleep).
